Return Period

You may return eligible natural fabric products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

The return period begins on the date you receive your fabric order. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

Eligible Returns

The following natural fabric products may be returned if they meet our return conditions:

  • Unopened bolts or rolls of fabric in original packaging
  • Products received in damaged or defective condition
  • Products that materially differ from their description on our website
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of textile products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons:

  • Cut fabric or fabric sold by the meter once cut to order
  • Custom-ordered fabrics or special-order materials
  • Fabric samples or sample packs
  • Products that have been washed, altered, or used
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive natural fabric products that are damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovering the issue
  • Provide photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and description of the problem
  • Do not return items without first contacting us

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, exchange, or refund. In cases of damage during shipping, we may need to file a claim with the carrier.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within the 14-day return period via phone or email
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our return authorization before sending items back
  • Pack items securely in original packaging when possible

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for natural fabric products of equal or greater value within the 14-day return period. To exchange an item:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange
  • Specify the product you wish to receive instead
  • We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange

If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

We stand behind the quality of our natural fabrics and sustainable materials. All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match our quality descriptions:

  • Contact us with details and photographs of the issue
  • We will assess the situation and work toward a satisfactory resolution
  • Options may include replacement, exchange, credit, or refund

Please note that natural variations in color, texture, and appearance are inherent characteristics of natural fabrics and do not constitute defects. We provide detailed product descriptions to set accurate expectations.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order for natural fabric products:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order
  • Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment
  • Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply
  • Custom orders or cut-to-order fabrics cannot be cancelled once processing begins

Incorrect Orders

We take great care in fulfilling orders accurately. If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number and details
  • We will arrange for collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you
  • The correct item will be shipped to you promptly
  • You will not be charged any additional fees
